Postnuptial Agreements

More and more people who wish to stay in their marriages are exploring the feasibility of entering into Postnuptial Agreements. These couples need and wish to correct certain problems (generally financial) so that the marriage can be ongoing. Laurie Israel believes that if employed, a Postnuptial Agreement should be drafted very carefully, with much thought and after much discussion. These Agreements (and following the terms of the agreements) can have a very beneficial effect in helping a marriage survive through impasse and thrive.
