Purchase and Sales:

Laurie Israel and Laura Days represent clients who are buying and selling houses and condominiums. Their services include reviewing and advising with respect to the Offer to Purchase, negotiating, drafting and reviewing the Purchase and Sale Agreement, and in the case of the purchase of a condominium, review of condominium documents and financial disclosures. In addition, we carefully monitor clients' mortgage commitment contingencies to provide our clients with extra peace of mind. Rather than having a volume real estate business, we spend extra time on each client and transaction. Our firm also provides advice regarding financing and title clearing matters. Our firm works carefully to anticipate and resolve problems prior to the closing and provides the client with the peace of mind of representation at closing.

Conveyancing:

Laura Days and Heather Hoffman also perform conveyancing (closings) for our purchase clients and lenders. We are a boutique firm that gives extra care to the issues (including estate planning and tax issues) that may come up in connection with the closing. We have very exacting standards when it comes to titles, and we often address little (or big) problems that were left undone in previous closings. Heather Hoffman is extremely creative in cleaning up problems so that closings can take place, so that the buyer (and lender) are protected from future problems.
